Mesquite Terrace

Mesquite Terrace announced its grand opening mid-June 2024.  This 297-unit affordable housing project at 19^th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix sits on nearly 4 acres with one five-story building and two four-story buildings. It features 129 one-bedroom units, 78 two-bedroom units, and 90 three-bedroom units ranging in size from 575 to 1,050 square feet. Each come with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and range. Amenities available for tenants include covered on-site parking, laundry facilities in each building, fitness room, teen room, computer room and secure bicycle storage. Outdoor amenities include covered deck areas, a ramada for social gatherings, BBQ and picnic area, sport court, play structure and tot area. Units are available with mobility and sensory features, and 11 units are reserved for veterans as part of the city of Phoenix HOME Program requirements.
