The Lofts at Elmsley

The Lofts at Elmsley Crossing, located at 420 Kallamdale Rd in Greensboro, North Carolina is our second development for the state. This community supplies much needed affordable housing in Greensboro and Guilford County. The apartments are centrally located with many amenities within a mile including Walmart Supercenter, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Starbucks, Bojangles, Cracker Barrel, Dollar General, several banks, and churches.

This 84-unit apartment community is comprised of one, two, and three-bedroom units in four, three-story residential buildings. Each unit features a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, ceiling fan in each room, washer and dryer hook-ups, durable flooring throughout, kitchen areas with ample cabinet and counter space, an energy-star refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and range hood. First floor units have a patio off the living room area and the second and third floor units come with a balcony. The community building is a clubhouse with a multi-purpose room and a kitchenette area for resident meetings and activities.
