The historic preservation consultant on Villas of Benedictine were Preservation and Design Studio, PLLC of Oklahoma City.

Formally known as Logan County Hospital, built in 1925, Villas of Benedictine Pointe has been beautifully renovated and restored into apartments for Seniors.
